Progress and lack of improvement

Funny how one can be both, right?!

Progress front? I could do some half-push-ups today for the first time in over a year without any pain. It’s a freakin’ miracle it seems!

Lack of improvement? This week I was a slack-arse.

However, I can’t do that much longer as my schedule is about to get incredibly hectic and insane. I both fear and look forward to these next two months because I know it’s going to be tiring but also a time with great improvement.

The next few days, I will update my progress more often.

I must remain focused and continue to draw on my strengths that I am currently experiencing…
