I was driving home the other morning and glanced off to the right.
Is that a…..???? Really?
I took the picture and then stopped, turned around on the highway and drove back. Ohhhh…

Uh huh. It’s a….
Turkey vulture! Creepy dudes, they sit out in the morning sun drying their wings and are often seen at dusk, doing the same thing. They just stand up in a tall tree, spread their wings and hold their pose for a very long time, until their wings are fit for flight.
*cue the hallowe’en spooky music*….

Last year for Father’s Day, I created this video using a variety of photos from my childhood, up to present. I didn’t have a chance to play it for my dad last year as he got really sick but was finally able to play it for him last week while… he was really sick. Anyways - he finally got to see it
